With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle Free Returns

At Banjo Cycles we pride ourselves on our customer reputation. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase then don’t hesitate to get in touch and well make arranges for the return, a full refund or exchange within 28 days from the purchase.

Any purchase can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is received by us in an unused condition in/or with its original packaging and receipt. Should the bike have any sign at all of usage or wear and tear, a restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & Debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a prior contact via email or telephone.

The new 629 comes with a Whyte Drop.it II Adjust seat post allowing the rider to tune the dropper post’s travel to fit them better, with 30mm of available adjustment in 5mm increments.

Other component upgrades include a RockShox 35 Gold fork and Shimano's new Deore M6100 group set, with 2 clamp I-Spec II set up for a clean looking handle bar.

Our proprietary OTO & SCR technology bring increased balance and control to the 29er trail hardtail category.
